Your players have access to a dedicated User Dashboard where they can manage their account safely.
When a player hits the Account Information page, they are presented with several tabs to manage different aspects of their account.

Account Settings

Players can change their game password at any time.
  • They must enter their Current Password to verify ownership.
  • They must enter and confirm the New Password.
The new password is automatically updated and encrypted in the account database, instantly modifying their game login credentials.
Players can update the email address currently associated with their account. To deter unauthorized account hijacking, the player must provide their Current Password to save the new email address.
The Social ID is required in-game in order to delete a character.
  • This must be exactly 7 digits long.
  • Players can set or change this code securely from their dashboard.
Because the website features a fully integrated forum, players can select which of their in-game characters will represent them publicly.
  • A dropdown lists all characters currently on their account (including their levels).
  • The selected character will be displayed on the forum as their main avatar and identity.
If a player does not have any characters created yet, the system will warn them that they cannot set a forum identity.

If a player forgets their in-game safebox password, they can easily regain access to their stored items.
  • The player clicks Send to Email.
  • The system will email their currently registered email address with the safebox password.
