Opening a New Ticket
To ensure players get help as quickly as possible, the CMS guides them through a structured submission process:Navigate to Support
From the account dashboard, click Support Tickets, then click the Create New Ticket button.
Select a Category
Choosing the right category (e.g., Bug Report, Player Report, Account Issue) helps route the ticket to the correct staff member or Game Master.
Select a Character
If the issue is related to a specific character (like a stuck character or lost item), the player must select it from the dropdown. This requires the player to have at least one character on their account.
Checking Ticket Status
Once submitted, the ticket enters the server’s support queue. A player can check the status of their ticket at any time to see if a Game Master has replied.When a staff member replies to the ticket, the ticket status will change to “Answered,” and the player can add further comments or close the ticket if the issue is completely resolved.
